Milby Clinic

Dr. Blakley received her Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from Stanford University and her Medical Degree from UT Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.  She is board-certified in Occupational Medicine, a sub-specialty of Preventive Medicine.  She is currently an adjunctive assistant professor of Environmental Sciences at the UT Houston Health Science Center.  She has been practicing Occupational Medicine for 30 years.

Who We Are

Lena Cepeda has been with the Milby Clinic for 40 years.  She performs hearing and vision tests, and ECGs.

Maria Gonzalez has been with the Clinic for more than 17 years.  She is the laboratory technician, but also gives injections and handles the accounts receivables.

Mary Lou Garza has been with us for 5 years.  She has extensive experience from a similar Occupational Medicine practice.  She works the front desk, helps out in the laboratory, performs tests, and gives injections.

Karen Roberts started at the Clinic is the '60s.  She works part-time to handle accounts payable.
